摘要：

With climate change, socioeconomic development, urbanization and construction of flood defense system, the situation of flood risk in Basin has an obvious change accordingly. Foresight research on future flood risk is to understand relation of climate change, human action and flood risk, which is useful and helpful to all level government and basin authority to make advisable and durable decision.
