RESEARCH ON THE MODEL OF FLOOD LOSSES DISPERSION IN FLOOD DETENTION AREA
The problems of the current flood compensation in our country includes: (l)resulting in corruption of officials in charge of relief work and low efficiency of the disaster relief; (2)suppressing loss compensation measure based on market economy and rescue work of the non-government organization. (3) the stricken people being easy to form dependent psychology which rescues to the government. In view of the above problems, the model of flood losses dispersion has been studied.
