RISK EVALUATION OF FLOOD-CONTROL ENGINEERING SYSTEM BASED ON MODIFIED MATTER ELEMENT MODEL
The paper systemicly analyzed the method of synthetical targets evaluation, and compared advantage and disadvantage with different methods. Based on the theory of hierarchy method, the paper constructed hierarchy evaluating model. It was limited to estimate the flood-control engineering system with the hierarchy evaluating model when the waiting matter element exceeded section field. Against the limitation, the hierarchy evaluation model was improved. Taking some flood-control engineering system as example, the paper analyzed it with modified matter element model. The results indicated the method of matter element risk evaluation is reasonable. The model has extensive foreground.
