Conditions That Need People to Work in R&D
Times are changing, and also human customs and habits. We should adopt to them, because generally they are good for employees. The main reason to defend this idea is that personal life is getting mixed with working time and this returns to the person in a positive way. But not only to the person but to the company and to the Research, Development and Innovation system. The key is in technology parks and governments are sarting to know that and use TPs as effective instruments for their R&D politics.
