From Traditional Universities to Entrepreneurial Universities—Enhancing the relations between Universities and Science Parks

We discuss certain characteristics of the Entrepreneurial Universities and their contribution to the creation of new businesses and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the territories in which they are established, specially their contribution to the promotion and development of Business Incubators and Science Parks in Argentina. We analyze with more emphasis these Entrepreneurial Universities which are carrying ahead comprehensive programs that includes the following guidelines: · The dissemination of the culture and the entrepreneurial spirit; · The training of entrepreneurs; · The settlement of Businesses Incubators and Science Parks; Finally, we express our vision about the strategies that can transform the Traditional Universities into Entrepreneurial Universities.
