University science parks usually stand between universities and society, and as the result of combination of industry, research and teaching, they could enjoy both the advantages of universities and the market resources. Being an attached entity of university, university science park could interact with society at large via its enterprises’ products, technology and talents. As a kind of feature economy or local economy, it is a microeconomic configuration evolved in the background of universities and local government.
