Example of a Methodology for Feasibility Studies of Science Parks: Key Success factors During the Feasibility Study Phase

Introduction There are today probably more than 800 science & technology parks in the world, and projects continue multiplying, which means that the market for feasibility studies remains vibrant. The same can be said for evaluation studies focusing on the assessment of results achieved by parks and parks managers, since parks more than 5 years old need to measure what has been done, assess success factors and identify failures and shortcomings in order to overcome them. We will address hereafter what regards the feasibility studies and the ex ante key success factors.
