Strategic City Planning & Business plans for Science and Technological Park projects
A business plan of a science and technological park demands a global vision of the territory in which we try to act. It also takes into account the traditional variables for a viability study, the companies present in the area, their economic profile, the park’s location, urban planning or construction costs, and the new business plans of science and technological parks. All of these factors must be perfectly coordinated with the territorial strategic plan of the area, to be able to view it as a whole.
