From research to establish small business enterprises: Introducing a successful model of the relationship between university and Science Park

This report presents an organizational framework for establishing small business enterprises in Biotechnology incubator to describe relationship between STPs and universities. Part 1. of the report clarifies terminological definitions in order to facilitate comparison of the university and science and technology park (STP). Part 2. explanation of how Yazd Biotechnology incubator created a well collaboration among university, organization, research institutions and STP. Part 3. Illustrates a successful result of a basic research and how technology transfer occurred from basic research to business through research institute-technology incubator collaboration. Part 4. offers recommendations for collaborating between incubator & university．
