Science Parks Feasibility Studies and Business Plans: As pects and Methodologies
Feasibility studies and business plans are crucial elements for all aspiring science parks. Feasibility studies are initial analysis to help stakeholders decide whether or not to continue developing a proposed science park. If found feasible, stakeholders will develop business plans to provide clear goals, strategies and action plans to make the science park a success. Both feasibility studies and business plans are typically conducted by consultants to avoid skewed findings due to vested interests. Finally, business plans should be treated as a living document, especially in todays fluid business environment.
