The big Gap between some Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) and the Market
It will be presented the case of Science or Technologic Parks located in third world or underdeveloped countries, and their particular problems related to the task of filling the immense gap between the original or innovative idea and the consumers’ market. We will start up with a short analysis of Venezuelas economical boundary conditions, some particular considerations for the Venezuelan Parks, and at the end of the paper we will propose an interaction model between our parks and other parks or production centers in order to achieve what we called the “Cooperative Advantage Model, which will lead to WIN-WIN-WIN relationships.
