International network of science park is valuable for high-tech SMEs

Finland has been successfully building knowledge based society but still having good welfare system. Unlike in the Silicon valley, success is not based on innovation and entrepreneurism by immigrants. Finland is still rather closed country in that sense. Innovations are based on social and ethnic homogeneity. Collaboration is done mostly locally often inside technology centers or science parks. Combining Finland model and multi-culturism could be even more successful in order to achieve international markets. This study introduces collaboration of Teknia technology center from Finland and Zhangjiang Hi-tech park from China. SME networks are presented.
