Predicaments and Outlets of E-Commerce Authentication Systems in China

摘要：

The paper has introduced the components of the e-commerce authentication system based on PKI and summarized the authentication situation of the primary e-commerce modes as B to B, B to C, and C to C. And it also points out that the digital certificate authentication is superior to the existent authentication mode. Then the paper puts forward the points of view that the popularization of the digital certificate needs strengthening the cognition to the functions of the digital certificate of the participants of e-commerce, making the authentication system perfect in technology, setting up the top CA with national levels, securing the digital certificate in the different authentication organizations unblocked, and solving the security problem of the terminal software.
