Research on the User Behaviors in the Social Network Service(SNS) System Based on TAM Model and Perceived Risk

For the features of network competitive intelligence system, the user behavior integrated model in the network competitive intelligence system, combined with TAM model and the concept of perceived risk, is developed. By carrying out the empirical research on competitive intelligence staff from a domestic large enterprise, the assumption of the model is proved to right. The use attitude and the actual use of network competitive intelligence are affected by the usefulness, ease of use, risks and subject norm of network competitive intelligence system. According to the survey, the high-quality information content and high-safety network competitive intelligence system are keys to the network competitive intelligence providers’ acquiring confidence and markets.
