An Empirical Study on the Current Status and Problems of Travel Agencies E-commerce in Beijing
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the current status and problems of e-commerce in the travel agency industry based on evaluation of website. To achieve this goal, theoretical background of website-based e-commerce in the travel agency industry was reviewed and the research framework was developed as well as evaluation factors. Finally, the current status and problems of e-commerce in the travel agency industry were discussed and some suggestions were proposed.
