Build the new strategy of the Customer Relationship Management

Aggravation of the competition situation, the increasing of market demand and diversified demand day by day, and the changeable international, domestic financial market that will be faced after listing, all these require company to change the mechanism as soon as possible, such as making ones own procedure in order, strengthening management, improving service to adapt to the complicated market. The thesis analysis concentrates on importance of CRM system used in enterprises and put forward tactics which aims at helping the company build the CRM strategy.
