Research and Design about Online Bidding System for Construction Project
Network bidding depends on the electronic business platform and the network technology application, changes the bidding purchase besides the public project into network for bidding instead of the traditional promulgating. All the processes released to finish on the network, which include obtaining the bid information, asking for the bidding and announcing the competitive bidding result. Based on the analysis of the advantages of online bidding for construction project, this paper firstly designed the development mode and the operation processes of online bidding system, then divided the system according to the function modules, and detailedly designed each specific function module, finally designed the system security, so that realized the bidding, tender and bid opening, bidding evaluation and selection process automation, and greatly improved the efficiency of the construction project bidding, promoted the open, fair and impartial competition rules, strengthened the protection of the lawful rights and interests of the parties taking part in the process, and provided the technical safeguarding against corruption.
