Neural Network Based Research on E-Commerce Service Recovery Early Warning
To enhance consumers’ satisfaction and loyalty is the basis of gaining profit for E-Commerce. However, these must be based on an excellent quality of service as a precondition. Therefore, understanding of the respective qualities of service, early warning for the service failure parts, and timely remedying are definitely necessary to E-Commerce. In this paper, through analyzing the impact factors of E-Commerce service quality, the author use neural network to establish early warning model of E-Commerce service recovery, proving the model applicability and feasibility by the application of simulated data tests.
