The Impact Factors of Electronic Commerce Performance in Supply Chain
Electronic commerce plays a pivotal role in supply chain. Applying the resource-based theory, our study examined the impacts of technology, organization and human resource on electronic commerce performance under the special environment in supply chain. By E-mail survey of 576 responses from managers in enterprises employing electronic commerce and supply chain, E-commerce technology resources, organization resources and human resources were found to predict E-commerce performance. In turn, E-commerce performance can predict supply performance. These findings coincide with the resource-based theory.
