Impact of Renqing on Chinese Management Behavior: a Literature Review and Future Directions
Renqing is an important factor in Chinese culture that influences every sides of China business management. This paper define the concept and analyze the process and mechanism of Renqing, introduce its application in business management and concludes some future research directions after reviewing nearly thirty years relative representative literatures, and propose our argument on this research domain. The purpose of this review is to illuminate the prominent role of Renqing in business management and show the significance of the relative research.
