A Game Analysis of Taz Competition of Central China

摘要：

Since the reform and opening up policies of China, the region of Central China slowed down the speed of development. One important reason is the Revenue Competition among the six provinces besides the lack of preferential tax policies from central government. The study designs a game theory model of the revenue competition, which simulates the dilemma of the central provinces. The conclusion is that tax reduction strategy is not always the best choice; a full consideration should be extended to investment location, raw materials, origin advantages and relevant factors.
