Analysis the Effects of Listed Corporate Governance on Corporate Growthiness in Liaoning province under the Background of Entire circulation

摘要：

This thesis analyzed the status of listed corporate governance under the background of entire circulation’s new market environment, from corporate aspect and social aspect, it demonstrated the relationship between listed corporate governance and corporate growthiness through establishing evaluation system of listed corporate governance, this evaluation system confirmed to Liaoning’s situation, at last, it prompted recommendations to improve listed corporate governance in Liaoning province.
