Balance Degree Institutional Investors Influence on the Enterprise Value
From the latter half of the 20th century onwards, both developed and emerging markets, the rapid development of institutional investors, become a prominent feature in each national capital markets. Chinas institutional investors appeared later, after 10 years of development, Chinas capital market has become an important force with the governments vigorous advocacy. With the development and growth of institutional investors,the function of institutional investors in corporate governance circles receive more and more attention in the role of theory and practice of community.Institutional investors in listed companies increasingly tend to play an active investor role to actively participate in corporate governance, shareholders and management in mitigating agency problems between, reducing the largest shareholder of the small shareholders to occupy, to enhance public the companys enterprise value and corporate performance, play an increasingly important role. This enterprise value as a result of the study of corporate governance indicators, basically completed the split share structure reform, the context, examining institutional investors, listed companies check the degree of the impact of corporate value and has important theoretical significance and practical value.
