Research on the Influence of the IT Capability on Supply Chain Integration in the View of Dynamic Capability

摘要：

Based on the review of relative literatures, IT capability under the dynamic view is advanced as the ability evolving from low lever to high lever, which is composed of three levels capabilities: IT operational capability (IT infrastructure, IT human resources and IT investment), IT management capability (IT planning ability, IT technology innovation and IT management skill) and IT dynamic capability (IT recognizing ability and IT agility). IT capability has positive effects on supply chain integration, which operational capability is the foundation of supply chain integration, IT management capability will promote the supply chain integration, and IT dynamic capability make enterprises more flexible during supply chain integrating. The conceptual model of the influence of IT capability on supply chain integration is proposed.
