Management & Improvement of Human Resources in the Small and Medium Enterprises
In the process of Chinas economy development, the status of the increasing number of SMEs is becoming more and more important. However, SMEs encounter kinds of problems in their development, including human resource management, which is the major constraint to their sustainable growth. Therefore, the study of SMEs on how to manage their human resources and improve their performance is very significant. Thus this paper reviews the situation of human resource in SMEs and provides some suggestions, for example, to plan HR management from a strategic level and create an HR system according to differences in small and medium enterprises.
