Model of Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Based on BP Neural Network
In the marketing environment around the customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction is a key indicator to measure the competitiveness of enterprises, and then the customer satisfaction measurement has become a focus of attention. The article builds the model of customer satisfaction by BP neural network algorithm to implementation of the evaluation of customer satisfaction and uses the telecommunications enterprises as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness and the practicality of this method.
