The Research of the University Library Management Based on the Stakeholder Theory

摘要：

This paper analyses the feasibility of the stakeholder theory applied to the library management of university, defines a varieties of stakeholder of the university library, discusses the management modes of the University Library based on the stakeholder theory, researches the management strategy of university library stakeholders and their dynamic relationship.
