Internationalization, Vertical Integration and Performance：A Case Study of BOE

摘要：

This paper first raised the research questions, proposed hypotheses based on relevant literatures, then tested these hypotheses by the case study of BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd.. The results showed that: the relationship between the degree of internationalization and corporate performance is inverted U-shaped curve; the relationship between vertical integration and corporate performance is S-shaped curve, but not significant; the relationship between vertical integration and corporate innovation is significantly positive; the relationship between the degree of internationalization and corporate innovate is U-shaped curve. Finally, the paper discussed the results, put forward the theoretical and practical significance of this study, and also pointed out the research deficiencies.
