Research on the Relationships among Knowledge Transfer, Organizational Learning and Dynamic Competence
Based on the internal relationships between knowledge transfer and dynamic competence,this article aimed at exploring the mediating effect of organizational learning to the process in which knowledge transfer enhancing the dynamic competence.Based on the perspective of knowledge,knowledge transfer can improve the flexibility of the organization,then enhance the competence of the organization adjusting environment.Adding organizational learning to the relationship between knowledge transfer and dynamic competence,we analyze the effect and mechanism in the process of above.
