Analysis of Internet Business Model Innovation Based on Embeddedness

Business model has attracted more and more attention by academic community. In the conditions of Internet business model innovation contributed to the formulation of virtual cluster. Therefore embeddedness is a useful analytical method to study business model innovation which is used to analyze region cluster traditionally. The article combines the mesoscopic business model and the three embeddedness analytical framework to study the infection of the embeddedness in business model innovation. The result is that economic embeddedness facilitates independent innovation and imitation innovation for the business model. And institutional embeddedness and social embeddedness provide a fine platform and a basic environment for business model while they are moderate.
