Research On the Compound Model Construction And Application of Business Performance Appraisal for Enterprise CEO

摘要：

This paper proposed a compound appraisal method, which the appraisal target value ascertained scientifically was took as a cutting point, comprehensively considered the internal and the external factors influence of the target definement and completion, looked management efficiency as the benchmark, constructed the compound double elements appraisal model including the corresponding standard of performance improvement and the degree of target completion. And by application this model, the results indicated that this method not only could avoid effectively the game but also made the performance target more reasonable, the appraisal result more equitable, and the appraisal induction more efficient.
