Discussion on employability training of college student in East China

摘要：

according to the data from ministry of education, in 2007, there were 4.95million undergraduates in China, in 2008, there were 5.59million and there were 6.11million in 2009. It is more and more tough to get a job which is very serious paid more attention by society. The student from east china, the region of competition heats up, should make ready to this situation earlier, attach importance to occupational plan, get training employability. This essay based on data by research the situation of east china college graduate of finding a job, discussed about the situation of getting a job, how to enhance employability and so on problems for suggesting to make occupational plans and increase employment rate.
