Research on the Spatio-Temporal Analysis and Investment Tactics of Ocean Theme Parks Development in China
This research is mainly on the spatio-temporal analysis and investment tactics of ocean theme parks development in China. The author gets the conclusion that the evolution of operating mode goes through three phases: embryo stage, stage of blind-expansion, and stage of transform-and-innovation. This study analyses the spatial distribution and micro-location of ocean theme parks from both macroscopic and microcosmic perspectives, and summarizes in aspects of investment concept, micro-location, land use, competitive tactics, risk control, core competence and so on. This paper aims at providing reference for investors of ocean theme parks which either have put into use or plan to build, and facilitate Chinese tourism development in a sustained, healthy and rapid way in 21st century.
