Marketization, Trade Openness and Economic Growth in China
By taking advantage of dynamic panel data model, this paper study the role of marketization and trade openness in China’s economy. The empirical result is that both marketization and trade openness have made significant contribution to China’s growth. Moreover, trade openness can’t improve the investment efficiency while marketization can raise it. Chinese government should keep on promoting the process of openness and marketization as to achieve sustainable development.
