A Model of the Effect of Cultural Integration on Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions
After reviewing the current studies on corporate cultural integration patterns, and discussing the principles and factors affecting choosing the patterns, it constructed a model on choosing appropriate corporate cultural integration patterns. With the case study, the model provides a powerful reference to choosing the pattern that is liable to successfully achieving the efficiently cultural integration.
