Post project evaluation has become an important tool of improving investment performance and enhancing decision-making. On the basis of numerous domestic and international relevant research results，using the thought of the System analysis and the multiple objective decision technology，this thesis early defines the concept of the railway construction Project Post-evaluation and Put forward the Post-evaluation theoretical frame of the railway construction project, and comprehensive evaluation methods，establishes the Post-evaluation method system of the railway construction Project.
