Judgment about Value of Venture Capital

摘要：

Venture capital is a new investment way. It mainly foucus on High technology. High-tech is an innovative technological and economic activity with more resources input which involves in various factors and many links of the technology, the economy as well as the society and has a big risk. Correct recognition of all risk factors in the process of industrialization is of great significance to evaluate the value at risk and control and avoid risk. The paper systematically analyzes systematic risk and nonsystematic risk in the process of industrialization on the basis of expounding risk characteristics of high-tech industrialization.
