Analysis and Design of Operational Plan Management System for Port Group

摘要：

Information technology is the inevitable choice of speeding up industrialization and modernization of China. Enterprise information construction of the port has become the only way to improve the competitiveness of our port. Based on the core issues of the port’s information construction and the author’s project practice, this paper mainly describes the operational plan management system of Guangzhou Port Groups manufacturing operations management system. In line with the theory which to guide practice, under the guidance of design and analysis ideas in management information systems, this paper overall planed, analyzed and designed the Operational Plan Management System, to construct a reasonable, common port Operational plan program management solutions.
