The Study on Evaluation of Teaching Contest Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
To improve the standard of teaching, many colleges and universities have launched a series of initiatives to improve teaching standards of teachers. Some of them hold teaching contests for young teachers which offer them a chance to communicate about teaching skills and teaching methods among teachers to promote quality of teaching. This paper applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to teaching contests for young teachers, which can overcome the shortcomings of traditional scoring method and make the rate more accurate and reasonable.
