The Analysis of Information Technology’s Effects to Knowledge Work from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

摘要：

This article concluded the definition of information technology, established impact model of information technology on knowledge work, and from the perspective of knowledge management, analyzed the impact of information technology on knowledge retrieval and storage, knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and knowledge application in knowledge work. At last, put forward some suggestions for effective use of information technology in enterprises.
