Study on Staff Loss in Convention and Ezhibition Enterprise Based on Psychological Contract Theory——A Case of Eventown Group

The high loss rate of the convention and exhibition enterprise has become a major bottleneck to constraint enterprise sustainable development. Psychological contract is implicated mutual expectation between the organization and staff, which affects the conduct of employees, work attitude, work performance, such as satisfaction and turnover. Therefore, the introduction of the psychological contract theory, from the psychological, emotional and relationship between the level of staff loyalty to nurture and stimulate the enthusiasm of their staff, has a special significance. Based on the three-dimensional theory for transaction, relationship, development-type of the psychological contract, combining the enterprise features with the status quo of employee loss, taking Eventown Group as an example, this paper analyzes the loss of the causes and measures of convention and exhibition enterprise by a series of investigation on the staff.
