Early Warning Indez System for Logistics Service Operating Risks

The operating system of logistics service faces enormous risks. Since risk evaluation is the essential basis of early warning and responding, it’s of great theoretical and practical significance to establish an early warning index system of Logistics Service Operating Risks (LSOR). Firstly, some foundation research about the LSOR was carried out, including the definition, classification and forming mechanism of LSOR. Then, an early-warming index system of LSOR was established. This system was a multi-level index system, and mainly evaluated by the systematic environment risks, operating subject risks, operating object risks, operating process risks and operating management risks and their sub index. The establishment principles and significance of the index system were discussed. Then, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, as a normal but effective method, was used to confirm the index weight and value. Finally, a case study on X Company in Hubei was discussed to demonstrate the early warming index system of LSOR.
