Why Personal Relations Matters: Analysis Based on a Game between Pharmaceuticals and Hospitals
Personal relations have been considered as a part of intangible resources of enterprises, how to estimate the payoffs of personal relations has been attractive to economists. In the framework of a game model with incomplete information, we show that (1)personal relations in the past may increase current payoffs; (2)commercial briberies as an inefficient equilibrium may still resist, although personal relations exists.
