Study on Competition Relationship of Supply Chain Management

摘要：

Supply chain is the complex structure of chain and network that consists of multi-object members and inter-dependent but contradictory organizations. If a knot party is locally searching for the optimal decision-making in terms of its own profit, profit conflict will be caused in the supply chain between different parties. How to use new theoretical approach to deal with this complex change is an important issue facing the Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this paper we discuss supply chain management’s unstable behavior on opened economic polices. In this paper, the dynamic structure evolution of Supply Chain is analyzed first， indicating the structure of supply chain is complex and unstable. Then the Competition model was proposed to analysis the competition relationship of supply chains. Last some suggestions of supply chain management are given.
