Applications of Behavior-Oriented Engine for Real-time Graphics Generations in SCM System

A successful supply chain management has to quickly catch information from suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, vehicle, and traffic in their every activity, and report to the software operator in time. Thus, real-time graphics generations have shown exciting foreground in SCM system, because it gives a way to shifting text and digit to another visualization which is intuitive and easier understudied. But the real-time graphics generations needs the server provide more memory and computing power, and this problem is serious in particularly browser and server structure (B/S structure), for the B/S structure deployed most of the logic and computing program on the server side. So that when the application for graphical simulation comes to B/S structure, server performance will descend distinctly. This paper presents an efficient approach for real-time graphics generation in B/S structure. In this approach, the real-time graphics generation program will deployed not only the server but also the client, and the elements which needed in generation are decomposed into several varieties according to how long the elements need to refresh, the behavior-oriented engine at browser will deal with them respectively. We have applied the approach and internal structure to Hang Zhou BADA logistics center, and applications results demonstrate improvement of computation efficiency without performance degradation.
