Research on Development of Innovative Services in Xi’an High-tech Zone

摘要：

This paper first discusses the concept of innovative service industry and gives a classification based on the integration of high-tech and service industry. Then it makes a deep analysis of the development of innovative services in Xi’an High-tech Zone. Finally it give some policy recommendations of how to promote the development of innovative services.
