On the Evaluation System for Hi-tech Industry Investment Risks
The financial crisis storm arising from the US has drawn the world’s attention to the hi-tech industry investment management. It is doubtless that this crisis also warns China for its future management on the hi-tech industry. As the pillar industry of the national economics, the hi-tech industry plays the most important role in the GDP growth and it owns the special characters of both high risk and high earning rate. Therefore, the hereof industry faces not only the prospect of high earnings, but also the factors arising from all kinds of risks which have the crucial roles in the decisions of investment. Based on the theory of risks management, this paper takes the risk factors into consideration and then sets up the indexes system by way of Analytical Hierarchy Process assigning the weights for each index, aiming at the quantitative and overall evaluation for the hi-tech industry risks.
