The Application of Theory of Constraints in the Optimization of Production Logistics Planning in Garment Process Enterprise

摘要：

Aiming for some problem of garment process enterprise such as having difficulty in making production logistics planning accurately, having difficulty in implementing planning, unbalanced production, obstructed production logistics, inaccurate labor time standard, overmuch work-in-process, and so on, applying the TOC in the production logistics planning of garment process enterprise，put forward the production logistics planning model of garment process enterprise basing on TOC，which can optimize the efficiency of production system as a whole, simplify the production logistics planning and reduce the work-in-process, and provided the application example of the production logistics planning of a garment process enterprise.
