The Evolution of the Labor Contract System on Migrant Workers in Guangdong Province

摘要：

With more than 30 years of development of labor contract system on migrant workers in Guangdong Province, the system has become a good case of the evolution of labor contract system on Chinas migrant workers. Its experience is valuable in the research field of labor contract system in China. This paper defines two concepts: migrant workers and labor contract. Then it classifies the evolution process of labor contract on migrant workers in Guangdong province. The conclusion is that the evolution of the labor contract system on migrant workers in Guangdong Province is a gradual improvement process, and this incremental optimization trend will continued, in this case, the rights and interests of migrant workers will be more protected.
