Study on the Prediction Model of Customer Churn Risk Based on BP Neural Networks

摘要：

BP neural networks have high-speed self-learning ability to find optimal solution. To predict the customer churn risk is a complex problem which is a process to find optimal solution, the paper will use the neural network theory and methods to build the prediction model of customer churn risk. This model can predict accurately the risk degree of customer churn and then can help businesses to adopt interventions to retain existing customers.
